CSBio has developed a patented, proprietary and all-natural formulation, NuPath® Complex, which works with the body’s immune response and with one’s natural oral biofilms that coat soft tissues and create a microflora environment that encourages robust healing and health for the user. Initially CSBio is launching Oral Care products; a toothpaste, rinse etc. for both OTC retail stores and Dental Professionals. NuPath will then be used in skin, and hair care.
CSBio’s founders are highly respected dental practitioners who created a solution to the dental diseases encountered by Patients in their practices. Their outside-the-box approach will help reduce perio diseases ( ~ 90 % US adults). In 8 yrs they have developed a solution to major illnesses caused by one’s oral microflora environment turning into pathogenic as a collective because it was not maintained as “homeostatic biofilm.” Perio disease is not caused by the presence or absence of a single pathogen, pathogenesis is due the lack of a proper homeostatic biofilm collective as a protective barrier. NuPath® Complex is a unique, protected, proven, and ready to go to market product with one of the strongest international dental professional teams giving CSBio has first mover advantage.
CSBio will launch two lines of products incorporating NuPath® Complex:
A. Revitin*, a user-friendly consumer oral care product designed to help restore and maintain a healthy oral environment = biofilm homeostasis.
B. NuPath* Complex to dental professionals as products for use by dentists and hygienists to treat oral soft tissue problems.

We’ll throw Question #4 to the audience
1. How can CSBio pre-market its Revitin oral care products while clinical effectiveness studies are being performed at various dental schools in advance of going to market?
2. What can CSBio do to improve its business model and thereby assist the transfer of the ''halo'' effect which will be generated by Dentists who use the Revitin brand (and which is sold to them by and through the Henry Schein contract) so that this halo is transferred into Natural-Products stores and distributors, and also transfer the halo through CSBio's own eCommerce-enabled website?
3. What steps should CSBio take (research or investment dollars) to solidify/protect its IP position?
4. In what ways can CSBio improve the effectiveness of its Venture Plan presentation so that it goes/grows past its initial $3mm round and rolls-out nationally?
