The company's next product release is a proprietary and patented implantable device for use in patients with kidney failure. This disruptive product has been proven in patient trials. It resolves several critical and life threatening problems that exist today, and provides patients suffering from kidney failure with a significantly improved quality of life.

- How best to build the sales network and establish revenue with a new product and a new company in view of GrantAdler's two part execution strategy: a. Use a "simple, easy to commercialize" product (Rhapsody) to generate early revenue, and b. use this experience to develop the company's disruptive, patented product.
- How best to "brand" Rhapsody and establish a corporate identity in a competitive environment, with limited funds, and fast.
- How best to overcome the Interventional Radiologist's reluctance to the required implant procedure for Rhapsody.
