Business Development
Clint has 30 years of Business Development experience in large and small biopharmaceutical companies. This includes:
- Directing SmithKline's Corporate Development operation
- V.P. of Stiefel Laboratories (a major dermatology company) Corporate Development activities
- 2 years with a national healthcare consulting company
- 3 years as an independent consultant, of which 2 years were dedicated to Guilford Pharmaceutical Company.
Most of the above involved helping companies grow via strategic product / technology alliances with U.S./European or Japanese companies.
Mr. Brown is currently the Corporate Development consultant to a young biopharm company specializing in antimicrobials; his arrangement permits ample time for consulting in other, non-competing fields. His academic background includes BA and Masters degrees from Yale University.
